We ship all our products via FEDEX PRIORITY EXPRESS or USPS PRIORITY MAIL. Most orders are shipped within hours and in nearly every case the latest would be in less than 2 or 3 days. However, some orders, including and especially some anodized parts AND BLACK FRIDAY PROMOTIONS can take up to 2 weeks or longer for production or shipping. If your order consists of some of these things you must please allow a minimum of 1-2 weeks time…

If you receive a tracking number from FEDEX or USPS… this does not mean your order has shipped. It simply means we are working on your order and you should still expect normal delivery times. Use your provided tracking number to follow your order. We are a small company and we TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN OUR PRODUCTS while trying to service MANY people globally. We use the best materials and our tolerances for our aluminum products are within .01 NO ONE BEATS OUR QUALITY AND OUR DESIGNS!!! Also, keep in mind that you are not buying “life support systems” so again….

If for some reason you think you did not receive an order confirmation please check your span or junk folder. Your order confirmation is automatically generated 3-5 seconds after you completed your Credit Card transaction and redirects you to that confirmation page. You know that little message that you got that said “please wait while you are being redirected”…. IF YOUR CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED , WE HAVE YOUR ORDER!
Once your transaction has been completed, a receipt for your purchase will instantly be emailed to you. You may log into your account to view details of this transaction. If these terms are unacceptable to you PLEASE let us know (before your order ships) and we would be happy to give you a refund right way. Most purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE AND ARE FINAL. If our shipping department made an error in your order will will happily take care of that issue immediately and get you the correct items. Under certain conditions only pre-approved returns are accepted and are subject to a 35% restocking fee and shipping costs are not refundable. It is the buyers responsibility for return shipping fees unless it is an exchange or upgrade where we will be happy to upgrade you within 30 days for only the cost of the upgrade and we will cover the shipping costs. If you do not agree with these conditions…DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE FROM US!
