At Freedom Gear, we take pride in fast processing, careful packing, and quality products. Below you’ll find our official shipping terms and what to expect with your order.
Processing & Handling Times
- Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
- Some items — including anodized parts or special promotions (e.g., Black Friday) — may require up to 2 weeks or longer for production before shipping.
- We’ll always do our best to keep you updated if delays occur.

We primarily ship via:
- FedEx Priority Express
- USPS Priority Mail
A tracking number will be provided once your order enters our shipping queue. Please note: receiving a tracking number does not always mean your package has left our facility — it means it’s being prepared.

Patience & Quality
We’re a small, American-made business. Every product is produced to tight tolerances (within 0.01) and inspected before it leaves our shop. This commitment sometimes adds a little time, but ensures no one beats our quality or designs.
Refunds & Cancellations
- If you’d like to cancel an order before it ships, let us know right away and we will issue a refund.
- Once an order has shipped, our Refund & Return Policy applies.
- Most purchases are final and non-refundable. Pre-approved returns may be accepted under certain conditions, and are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective, mis-shipped, or an approved upgrade/exchange (in which case we will cover the return cost).

- Please allow extra transit time during holidays or carrier disruptions.
- If you don’t receive your confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder. If your card was charged, your order is in our system.
- Do not purchase if you are unwilling to accept these conditions — by completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
